On October 13th, join us for an intimate and transformative healing retreat, designed to help women reconnect with their divine feminine and experience deep personal transformation. In honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day, this sacred retreat offers a space for healing, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening.

Through grounding yoga, meditation, the Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremony, and a communal meal we will prepare together as sisters, you will release emotional blockages, heal past traumas, and unlock the goddess within.

What to Expect:

• Grounding Yoga & Meditation: Begin your day with gentle yoga and meditation, helping you connect with your body and quiet your mind for the journey ahead.
• Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremony: Experience the transformative power of sacred earth medicine in a guided ceremony designed to release old patterns and unlock your divine feminine energy.
• Communal Cooking & Meal: After the ceremony, we will gather as women to prepare and share a nourishing vegan meal, honoring the sacred act of coming together, cooking, and nourishing our bodies and spirits.

9:30 AM – Grounding Yoga & Meditation

• Gentle yoga to connect with the earth and prepare your body for healing, followed by meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart

11:00 AM – Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremony

• A transformative journey with sacred earth medicine, releasing emotional blockages and awakening the divine within

3:00 PM – Communal Cooking & Meal

• After the ceremony, we will gather as a community of women to prepare a nourishing vegan meal together. This act of cooking and sharing sustains our bodies and deepens our connection as a sacred sisterhood

4:30 PM – Closing Circle & Reflection

• A closing circle to reflect on the day’s experiences, share insights, and integrate the healing

5:00 PM – Departure

• Guided Yoga & Meditation sessions to align your body and spirit
• Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremony to unlock the goddess within
• Communal Cooking & Meal preparation, creating space for connection and shared nourishment
• An Intimate Circle of Women sharing in sisterhood, connection, and mutual support

• Comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation
• A water bottle to stay hydrated
• A personal journal for reflection and insight during the day
• A sacred object for the ceremony (optional but encouraged)
• Ingredients: You will be asked to bring one ingredient to contribute to the communal meal (specific details will be provided after registration).
