The Sacred Container: Sacral Chakra Meditation + Cacao Circle

Awaken your creativity and` flow in celebrating the first morning of Spring. We will share in a guided Sacral Charka + Cacao Meditation with bio-tuning vibrational sound healing with Abigail + Jessa France. This meditation is focused on balancing and activating the body's creaitve energy center, the sacral chakra. We will be "planting" intentional seeds for manifesting our creative goals, ideas, and dreams for Spring. Through the heart-opening power of cacao and guided meditation, we’ll connect to the season’s renewal energy, nurturing your inner wisdom and creative expression. A perfect way to start your day with clarity and vitality as we rejoice in the season of Spring!

After meditation we will offer light refreshments of fruit, nuts, juice, and Abigail's Alchemy Chocolate to share in the Container lounge.

Abigail will be joined by fellow members of The Container Collective team to co-lead the Circle gatherings. We believe that two hearts are better than one, as collaboration is essential in fostering a strong, supportive community.
