Step into 2025 with The Royal Reset, a transformative wellness experience presented by The Queen of The Gulf Coast Carnival Association, Dee Thomas & Fit and Boujee Wellness Community.
This *free* week is all about empowering you to embrace your inner royalty while prioritizing your health and wellness. And of COURSE preparing for The Gulf Coast Caribbean Carnival 2025 held May 23 - 26.
Join us for a week of energizing in-person fitness classes, daily challenges, community-building fun, ending with a Queens Brunch!
From sweat sessions that sculpt to challenges that inspire, you'll discover how to reign over your wellness routine and live a life fit for a queen.
