Robert Vincent, Katy Hurt and Demi Marriner will join your hosts Two Ways Home on stage to tell you the stories behind their songs in an intimate and unique setting. This is truly a night not to be missed!

TWO WAYS HOME

“Folk-rock with a country twist” Anglo – Austrian duo Two Ways Home are the songwriters: Isabella ‘Isi’ MaK (Vienna) and Lewis Fowler (Gloucestershire). The pair fuse catchy melodies with luscious harmonies and rocky guitars. After their inception in 2014 and several releases, they have crafted a versatile sound, which pairs well with artists like Lady A, The Lumineers and Fleetwood Mac. The Upcoming describes the pair as “unique, unexpected and brilliant.”

ROBERT VINCENT

Liverpool’s multi-award winning Robert Vincent is one of the most acclaimed voices on the UK Americana scene. He has toured extensively both as a solo performer, with his band and most recently in 2021 with his band accompanied by a string quartet. Robert released his debut album “Life In Easy Steps” in 2013, the title track of which was playlisted on BBC Radio 2.

In 2016 Robert was awarded the inaugural “Bob Harris Emerging Artist” award at the Americana Music Association UK’s first annual awards ceremony in Hackney, London. Further award success followed with Robert’s second album “I’ll Make The Most Of My Sins” receiving the AMA UK’s “2018 UK Album of The Year” award. 2020 saw the release of Robert’s most recent album “In This Town You’re Owned” which was recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios and produced by Brit Award winning Ethan Johns. The album received critical acclaim in the UK, Europe and the US.

This album saw Robert voted as both “UK Artist of The Year 2020” and the album as “UK Album of The Year 2020” by the readers of Americana UK magazine. Further AMA UK awards also followed with Robert receiving both the “2021 UK Artist of The Year” award and “In This Town You’re Owned” awarded “2021 UK Album of The Year”.

DEMI MARRINER

Demi Marriner is a girl with many strings to her bow each as unique and strong as the last. Armed with a stack of notebooks, a head full of ideas and a collection of incredible jackets, Demi Marriner is a songwriter well worth keeping track of. Demi’s passion and emotion is so contagious, it is almost impossible to not be captivated from the offset. Riding shotgun alongside her unique, outstanding songwriting are Demi’s powerful, emotive live performances. Demi’s confidence and professionalism on stage sparkle even more than her guitar strap and matching capo. Whether she’s pouring out her heart in an intimate solo shows, or kicking down the doors with her incredible backing band, Demi knows how to impress.

Winner of the Whispering Bob Harris' Emerging Artist Award at the 2021 UK Americana Awards, Demi is set to release a spell binding and much anticipated album in 2021.With endorsements from Whispering Bob Harris, Under The Apple Tree, Chris Difford, The House Of Songs and AMA UK, Demi is no doubt an artist to look out for.

KATY HURT

Emerging as one of the most prominent artists from the UK music scene, BCMA nominee Katy Hurt has won accolades such as the UK Country Music Spotlight Awards for Female Vocalist of the Year, Best EP, Best Song and Best Video and played major festivals such as Country 2 Country at the O2 Arena, Pilton Party on Glastonbury’s famed Pyramid Stage and the Isle of Wight festival. Katy spent time in Canada, which she considers her second home, writing and recording a host of songs including her latest singles “Sounds Good In A Bar” & “Wish I Could Give You Up” which both went to Number 1 on the UK iTunes charts on the day of release and was subsequently added to rotation on CBC and Sirius XM and play-listed on Amazon Music.

With nearly a million global streams, Hurt garnered the attention of Canadian-based music group, Johnson Talent Management (JTM) which recently led to the signing of a worldwide management deal.
