The Rose: Come Back to Me - Film Festival at Hollywood Park - LA Premiere!

In 2017, THE ROSE built a millions-strong global fanbase as a breakout Korean indie rock band from the ruthless K-Pop system. Now, after a turbulent three-year hiatus, THE ROSE is making their comeback with an electrifying tour - on their own terms, with a focus on healing and mental health.

Director Biography - Eugene Yi

Eugene Yi is a Korean American filmmaker and editor from Los Angeles. His directing work includes FREE CHOL SOO LEE (2022, director credit with Julie Ha), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and aired on Independent Lens; and THE AAPI LIST (working title), an interview series focusing on notable figures in the AAPI community, for HBO. Editing work includes the 2018 News and Documentary Emmy-nominated FAREWELL FERRIS WHEEL; and OUT OF MY HAND (Berlinale) which was nominated for the 2015 Independent Spirit John Cassavetes Award. His web video editing work has been in numerous outlets, including The New York Times, Frontline, The Washington Post, and Al Jazeera.
