CHEF’S TABLE 6.0 — PRIVATE OMAKASE RESIDENCY
By Hosokawa Brisbane
An unrepeatable Sunday Omakase residency for those who seek something beyond the ordinary.
For one evening only, Hosokawa departs our traditional counter to take over a private architectural sanctuary in New Farm.
A private, multi-course culinary performance where honoured Japanese tradition meets bold, unreleased creations crafted for an intimate gathering of just 44 guests.
THE UNRELEASED TASTING JOURNEY
A one-night only Omakase sequence curated by our chefs, featuring our signature Hiramasa Kingfish, Hokkaido Scallops V2, and seasonal expressions never served on our public menu.
THE NEW FARM PRIVATE RESIDENCE
An exclusive, private setting forms the backdrop for the evening. The exact address and arrival instructions will be delivered directly to confirmed guests via SMS 24 hours before the event.
TWO PRIVATE PREVIEWS
Guests in attendance will be the first in Queensland to experience two unannounced creations marking the next era of Hosokawa.
JAPANESE CRAFTSMANSHIP SINCE 2009
Every knife cut, temperature transition, and course reflects the care and discipline behind Hosokawa’s culinary tradition.
THOUGHTFUL HOSTING, EVERY DETAIL CONSIDERED
Bookings are limited to a maximum of 6 guests per party. Once your booking is secured, our Guest Concierge will contact you to discuss dietary requirements and any special touches for your evening.
You get the credit for finding the evening; we take care of the details.
