The Rocks After Dark Ghost Tour

This Halloween, the shadows of The Rocks come alive. Join our spritely Ghostess, Kate Heffernan, as she leads a lantern-lit walking tour through one of Sydney’s oldest and most haunted precincts. With a flair for unravelling Australia’s colonial past, Kate will guide you through tales that linger long after dark.

The tour begins and ends at The Doss House, where history runs deep beneath sandstone walls that once housed Sydney’s first convict hospital, an opium den, a bootmaker’s workshop, and of course the infamous whiskey bar itself. When you return from the streets, settle into our moody underground bar for a well-earned cocktail, roaming canapés and a few more ghost stories whispered by candlelight.
