This December, we’re hosting a Winter Survival Dinner at the Railroad St. Beer Hall that taps into the flavors and moments that make this season feel unmistakably local.Each course leans into a classic Rochester winter moment. There’s a bright pop of citrus that feels like catching a rare bit of sun, a rich flavor swing that brings you back to life, a main course with pure “heater on full blast” energy, and a dessert built for ending the night with enough buzz to stroll through Roc Holiday Village.
