The Robertson Trust Grantholders Session 2 (Wee/Small Grantholders)

Resilience Learning Partnership is delighted to offer a series of eight half‑day training sessions focused on Trauma‑Informed Practice with a dedicated emphasis on Workforce Wellbeing and Support.

This training helps organisations:

• Understand trauma, its prevalence, and its real‑world impact in Scotland
• Explore practical measures that support staff wellbeing
• Build confidence applying trauma‑informed approaches
• Recognise the key role of lived experience in delivering meaningful change

Each 3.5‑hour session combines expert facilitation, practical tools, case studies, and reflective learning. Participants will also complete pre‑ and post‑training surveys to support deeper reflection and measure impact.

Training runs April-June 2026, delivered through a mix of online sessions and in‑person workshops at The Barracks, Stirling.
This programme forms part of the Listen, Learn, Act project and is provided with support from The Robertson Trust.
