Alice Pack is a student involved in the ESCC Youth and Community Orchestra. In February, she was awarded 1st Place in the Elementary Division of Gulf Coast Steinway Society’s Piano Competition. The prize is an invitation to perform in a recital in Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Alice will be performing there on June 19, 2024. This April event is open to the public, but seating is limited. Donations will be accepted to help defray the cost of Alice’s trip to perform in New York.Alice is currently under the instruction of ESCC Instructor Miss Darrian Lee, a doctoral student at Florida State University, and Mr. Andy Martin of Dothan and a 2023 recipient of Steinway and Sons Top Teacher Award.
