The Riverside Hotel's Girls' Night Out - Dinner Buffet

This event will take place in The Aspen Room. There will be plenty of seating for everyone, but seating is NOT assigned and choosing seats will be on a first come, first served basis.

Join us for a delicious buffet at our event, featuring a variety of fresh salads, hearty entrees, and delightful desserts. Enjoy options like a vibrant salad bar, creamy mac and cheese, and flavorful caprese chicken. Plus, indulge in sweet treats at our dessert station. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

MENU

· Salad Bar- A spread of fresh greens, dressings, and ingredients to create your perfect salad. Offerings include spring greens, romaine, and arugula; tomato, carrot, onion, cucumber, beet, and dried sweet corn; parmesan, bleu cheese, and cheddar; and egg, vegan bacon bits, and sunflower seeds.

· Quinoa bowl- Hearty ancient grain served with delightful toppings and basil vinaigrette. Choose from orange supremes, roasted peach, and butternut squash; crispy chickpeas, toasted almonds, and pepitas; and arugula and shaved Brussels sprouts.

· Veggie Tray- An assortment of fresh vegetables served both raw and roasted. Accompanied by hummus, olive tapenade, and extra-virgin olive oil.

· Mac and Cheese- Creamy five-cheese sauce over cavatappi pasta, topped with cheddar and toasted panko.

· Red Potato Mash- Creamy and buttery, made homestyle.

· Caprese Chicken- Baked with fresh mozzarella and tomato in a pesto cream sauce. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and fresh basil.

Pumpkin Risotto- Cooked with vegetable stock and spiced almond milk. Roasted pumpkin and black currant make this vegan dish delightfully autumnal.

Dessert Waffles - Two-bite pearl sugar waffles with a variety of sweet toppings, including sweetened or pumpkin-spiced whipped cream and powdered sugar; maple syrup, chocolate sauce, and Nutella; and mixed berry compote and bananas foster.

·Haute Chocolate- Choose from rich milk chocolate, silky white chocolate, or fragrant Mexican chocolate. Toppings include marshmallows, crushed peppermint, and sprinkles; caramel, shaved chocolate, and whipped cream; and cinnamon, cocoa, and nutmeg.

· Patisserie- An assortment of two-bite treats: cookies, croissants, mousse, dessert bars, and more.
