(A Somatic & Reflective Workshop for Renewal & Emotional Release)
There are seasons in life where we hold on too tightly — to habits, relationships, expectations, and old versions of ourselves.
This workshop is an invitation to loosen your grip.
In this gentle, restorative session you will:
• Learn body-based techniques to soften resistance and open to change
• Release emotional tension through breath, movement, and mindful ritual
• Connect with your inner flow, where clarity and renewal can rise naturally
We’ll move like water, shift what’s stagnant, and create space for the new.
Through guided somatic flow, reflective journaling, and a symbolic letting-go ritual, you’ll find the still point beneath the surface and leave feeling lighter, freer, and ready for what’s next.
