Artist and researcher Anna FC Smith takes you on an uncanny journey through history and folklore connected to Haigh and the River Douglas. The walk draws together facts and myths, linking Wigan’s last fool, Thomas Skelton and his mischievous last Will and Testament with stories of boggarts, bones and polluted waters.
