THE RITUAL — IMMERSIVE SOUND EXPERIENCE

An immersive sound experience using frequency, resonance, and guided sonic immersion to help regulate the nervous system and create deep mental stillness.

Using the transformative frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Bowls alongside carefully selected sound healing instruments, THE RITUAL creates a deeply sensory journey designed to calm the mind, soften the body, and bring you into a state of presence and restoration.

Rooted in ancient practices and supported by modern neuroscience, THE RITUAL invites participants into a state where the body softens, brain activity slows, and attention returns to the present moment.

But this experience is not only about disconnecting from noise — it’s about reconnecting. With yourself, and with the people around you.

In a time where most experiences end the moment the class is over, THE RITUAL creates space to stay.

To meet like-minded people beyond surface-level conversation.

This evening is designed as a shared experience — one that continues after the sound journey ends.

Info: Please arrive a little early to settle into the space. You are welcome to arrive at 18:30.
The experience will begin promptly at 19:00, and doors will close once the session starts.

Info: Before entering the immersive sound experience, THE RITUAL will begin with a guided meditation and gentle somatic movement to help regulate the body, slow the mind, and prepare the nervous system for deep listening.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and grounded during the experience. Bring a journal for reflections.

Info: Following the immersive sound experience, we invite you to stay for CONNECTION HOUR — an open space for conversation, reflection, and human connection.

Unlike traditional wellness classes that end the moment the session is over, this part of THE RITUAL is designed to bring people together. A moment to meet like-minded individuals, exchange thoughts and experiences, and stay present a little longer.

Slow conversations. Shared energy. Meaningful connection.

Come alone or come with friends — this is a space for community, openness, and authentic interaction.
