All women are healers and when they come together MAGIC happens, this is why for centuries women have gathered. When women come together they have the ability to create powerful transformation not only for themselves but for their families and communities. Women's health is very dependent on sisterhood, women need other women to hold them, lift them up, support them, and witness them. Unfortunately throughout history women’s gifts and power was feared because of it potency and mystery, forcing us to disconnect and repress the natural and innate healing and intuitive gifts we all have.

Through reconnecting with ourselves and sisterhood we have the ability to reclaim our power once again, this is why gathering as women to validate, support, hold, and uplift each other is so important. We are not each other’s competition, we are meant to be each other's safe haven. Its time to come together so we can heal and remember our truth as women and reclaim our power. Its time to RISE.

Each month I will host a gathering for women where we will discuss female sexuality, female reproductive health, motherhood, female psychology, health and wellness, magic, divine feminine energy, relationships, self expression, and so much more. Join us once a month for a nourishing, relaxing, and healing evening filled with love, laughs, tears, play, and prayer.

​What you can expect:

· Each session will consist of some type of theme geared towards women's health, needs, desires, and transformation.

· Guided meditations

· Somatic practices

· Authentic relating activities

· Sharing circle

· Sound Healing

​What to bring:​

· Pillow, yoga matt, small blanket

· Water

· Journal incase something comes up

· An open mind & open heart

· Your authentic self

Some months I will be bring in other women to share their gifts and modalities so you can expect more on those nights. Examples would be Reiki, Cacao, Tarot Readings, Breath work, Music (drum circle)
