Explore the ancient roots and connected wisdom to the drum, the sacred hoop!
We will be experiencing and learning about the pulse, the Schulman Resonance of the Earth.
We will dive deeper into the drum as a rhythmic
tool of conscious communication and its connection to the brain, central nervous system, brain states, physical body, as well as the emotional/mental and spiritual bodies while weaving in the natural laws of rhythm, vibration, attention, & transmutation.
We will be exploring the drum as a tool for journeying, embodiment, and understanding its many practices!
All information in this workshop is rooted into the Teachings of Lisa Ishwari Murphy, founded of Sva Ha Academy.
