Your cycle is more than “that time of the month”; it’s your body’s built-in operating system and your fifth vital sign. In this session, we’ll decode the four phases of the menstrual cycle, explain what your hormones are really up to, and show you how to spot fertility and energy signals.
✨ Whether you’re avoiding pregnancy, planning for it, or just tired of feeling out of sync with your body, this is the night to bring your besties and finally make sense of it all. You’ll leave with practical tools that help you work with your body, not against it.

About the Facilitator:
Cady Moore (she/her) is an AASECT-certified sex educator and coach who helps people tap into their most pleasurable, empowered selves. She specializes in vulvovaginal wellness, menstrual health, pleasure exploration, and non-monogamous relationships, with nearly a decade of experience teaching diverse groups. Outside of workshops, you can find her reading fantasy novels, painting, or hanging with her ball python, two cats, and 92 plants. Follow her @ageofsexploration.
