The RF4 Way - Building Effective Relationships with Young People
About this Event
We at Vibe UK believe that all quality work with young people is based around the 4 levels of relationships (RF4) and by supporting them across the 4 levels we will build relational competence that will improve the lives of the young people and those around them.
We believe the RF4 is a perfect tool to help explain, define and support the work that our youth workers are carrying out. We help young people to build stronger and better relationships, from the relationship with themselves (the foundation of all relationships) all the way through the levels to the relationship they have with the communities they live in.
The RF4 is not just something we support young people with, we believe the best people to support young people’s relationships are staff who are involved in their own development of their relationships. Therefore those attending this course will receive a profressional development opportunity, learn underpinning theories and principles and take away a practical toolkit to implement RF4 in their work.
