The Eastfield Mall in Springfield has seen better days. Onyx Partners Limited, a developer based in New Jersey, has acquired it and plans to file a special permit to demolish the mall for redevelopment. We will meet at the main entrance and do a short walking tour, followed by discussions about the decline and revival ideas for the American Mall. After the official end, people who want to stay longer can grab food or shop.
