Ritim Egzotik performs traditional Egyptian and Turkish music and revamps and transmorgafy into a rock setting with guitars, drums and keyboards, yet retaining the authenticity of the rhythms and scales.
1000 Fuegos performs compositions that paint an Afro-Cuban with a transplanted American smile that only finds home in a jaded heart. 1000 Fuegos presents ancient sounds entombed by the filter of today's modern pop perspective.
Heather Louise is one of the nations top belly dance performers and instructors and is based right here in old Portland. She captures the authentic Egyptian dance movements and emotions in her performances and brings her own delightfully energetic style!
