Chef Rene Rodriguez returns to the kitchen for a one-night-only dining experience in The Clemow's stunning 17th Floor Lounge. Throughout the evening, Rene will demonstrate the techniques, ingredients, and inspiration behind the dish, inviting guests behind the scenes of his creative process while serving a thoughtfully curated plate paired with exceptional wines.
The evening's featured creation is house-made potato gnocchi with fresh heirloom tomatoes and creamy burrata—a celebration of peak summer ingredients, brought together with simple elegance and bold flavour.
More than dinner, Chef Nite is an interactive culinary experience where guests can watch, learn, ask questions, and savour every course in an intimate setting overlooking the Ottawa skyline.
