Winter solstice is a celebration practiced for thousands of years, throughout all regions of the world. Communities coming together to sing, dance and celebrate The Return of Light.

Realigning with Nature's rhythms is a powerful way to reclaim our connection to self and the ancestral wisdom within.

In Winter, all of life returns to the roots. Now animals and plants alike preserve Energy, anything superfluous is stripped away!

In this holy time of the year, there is an inherent Gift to be received by slowing down. Fasting, meditating, intention setting, and dreamwork are powerful tools for staying in the present moment and allowing this seasonal energy to nourish the soul.

The stillness and silence of winter is an invitation to return to the internal warmth away from the cold and the dark. An invitation to finding our inner light until the Suns return.
