Immersive live harp music inviting deep rest, spacious listening, & quiet reconnection for peace of mind, body & soul.
About this Event

A small-group live harp experience inviting deep rest, spacious listening and quiet reconnection.

Guests are invited to lie down comfortably while slow, resonant live harp music gradually fills the space. The music is improvised entirely in the moment, shaped intuitively by the atmosphere of the room and the people present.

This is not a concert or performance in the traditional sense, but a carefully held restorative environment designed to encourage stillness, softness and release.

Many people experience:

• deep physical relaxation

• quietening of mental chatter

• dreamlike states

• emotional release

• unusually restful sleep afterwards

Nothing is required of you during the session. There is nothing to achieve, follow or concentrate upon.

Simply rest, breathe, and allow the sound to do the work.

Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable lying down:

• yoga mat or camping mat

• blanket or duvet

• pillow/cushion

• warm comfortable layers

Chairs can usually be accommodated if preferred.

Sessions are intentionally kept small to preserve a calm and immersive atmosphere.
