The Rest Retreat Pre-Holiday Edition

Summer’s over, the kids are back in school, we’re finally breathing again - and just like that, the holidays are coming in hot.

This year, let's do something different: resting up before the festivities in order to be our best, most serene selves. This all-women, mostly silent retreat will do just that, pausing real life for one full day of ease, calm, and self care.

We will take all the best of fall – a roaring fire, hot tea, twinkly lights, cozy blankets, crisp air - and gift ourselves ten hours of quiet and contemplation, setting the tone for the rest of the year.

Think forest bathing, journaling with doodles (and self-love letters), breathwork, chanting, affirmations, somatic body work, a sound wash, Yoga Nidra, extra-long naps, and a cozy tea circle. Basically, all the yummy ways to tell the world: “Not today, chaos.”
