The Rest Experience - 1st Session

We’re excited to offer, in a new series of The Rest Experience collaborations - two sessions to help you deep dive into your rest and begin to connect to your inner wisdom. In the midst of global chaos and daily overwhelm, we intend to create a space of authenticity and remembering where we can honour our truth and visions.

The sessions will combine Jackie Mendoza’s shamanic practices with Akila’s rest practice. We’ll be weaving breathwork, conversation, visualisations, writing from your restful and dreaming space, gentle movements and explorations of your inner landscape.

We welcome you to pause, journey and linger with us for a while. Rest and dive so deeply that time forgets it exists and you become rest itself. We’ll end with a wisdom circle to share, if we’re called to, how the experience landed with us so we can emerge with a deeper sense of being.

Please bring a mat, a notebook and pen and we’ll bring blankets and pillows. Both sessions will offer the same practice to ensure participants start well informed for planned follow up sessions.
