The Resilient Female Leader is an intimate, peer-led roundtable designed for HR, L&D, and DEI leaders who are supporting senior women to perform at a high level- without burning out in the process.

Across this interactive afternoon, you’ll connect with peers, share real-world insights, and take away practical, evidence-based strategies you can apply both personally as a leader and within your organisation.

What to expect
You’ll hear from two leading experts in performance and leadership development:

– Performance Nutritionist and Consultant, partnering with female executives and leadership teams to optimise energy, focus, and long-term health through data-led, strategic support. Sarah has worked with companies including Currys, Lenovo, and Comms Care, helping teams sustain high performance in a more intelligent, physiology-led way. She’ll share ‘How to Fuel Like a Leader’- a fresh perspective on the physiological side of performance and how strategic nutrition can transform energy, focus, and resilience for women at the top.

– Business and Leadership Consultant, working with founders and executives to become impactful leaders and build high-performing teams through purpose, coaching, and strategy. Having supported over 100 female leaders to create sustainable success without burnout, Emily will lead ‘How to Protect, Direct, and Regenerate Energy – for yourself and your team.’

During the afternoon, we’ll explore:
• What it truly means to fuel like a leader – and how strategic nutrition supports focus, performance, and long-term resilience to stress
• How to protect, direct, and regenerate energy – for yourself and your team, to sustain high performance without depletion
• A collaborative roundtable discussion on how we can better support women to lead with energy, clarity, and longevity, for themselves and others
