💡Why Sound Healing? Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance in the body. The soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a meditative experience that can reduce stress, improve sleep, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed and renewed.

This unique 1.5-hour experience is co-hosted by Kaitlyn, a certified yoga instructor, and Kathleen, an experienced sound healing practitioner, guiding you through a thoughtfully curated evening of movement, mindfulness, and sound to create a true reset ritual.
