A weekly invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and restore your nervous system.Expect a nourishing blend of holistic practices including breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, meditation, fascial manoeuvres, and subtle energy work — all thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing.
