🧘🏽‍♀️Mini Sound Bath + Breathwork-- to quite the mind, soften the body, and align with the lunar energy of release and reset.

Bring your journal, a yoga mat, your curiosity, and a friend-- or come solo and leave with a few. This is your sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign before the next chapter begins🌑
