The Reset- Nervous System Regulation

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in constant “go mode”?

The Reset is a weekly nervous system support class designed to help you slow down, regulate, and reconnect with yourself in a practical and supportive way.

Led by breathwork facilitator and HRV coach Vanessa Hernandez, this ongoing series combines guided breathwork, nervous system education, HeartMath practices, grounding tools, and reflection to help you better understand stress and build healthier patterns over time.

This is not about being perfect at meditation or “doing wellness right.”

It’s about learning how to work with your body instead of constantly overriding it.

Each class is designed to help you:
• regulate stress and overwhelm
• improve emotional awareness
• increase focus and clarity
• feel more grounded and present
• build resilience and self-trust
• create space to slow down and reset

Every month explores a new theme, including:
Awareness, Emotional Balance, Boundaries, Rest + Recovery, Energy Management, Creativity, Heart Coherence, and more.

Whether you are completely new to this work or already on a healing journey, this space is designed to be approachable, grounding, and real.

No experience needed.
