The Reset: Infrared Sauna + Sound Healing Experience

On Saturday, April 4th from 9:00–11:00 AM, we’re hosting an intimate wellness experience designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and leave you glowing from the inside out.

• Begin with a one hour guided sound healing session with Lauren Moore
• Then transition into our infrared sauna suites
• Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed

Infrared sauna with chromotherapy benefits may include:
