The Reset by Sounds Like Alchemy

This event offers a fusion of a mini Breathwork journey, Sound Healing, and wellness services. A holistic symphony of energy, sound and healing that promises to lift your spirit, awaken your soul, and nurture your body.

There are two ticket options for this experience -

Option 1 -

$70 - Sound + Breathwork + Wellness Services

Arrive anytime between 5-6pm to use the facility's services that are incredible prior to sound and add something truly unique to a Sound Healing journey.

You can choose from

• Whole Body Cryotherapy + 3 other services
• Red light therapy
• Infrared sauna
• Compression therapy
• Avacen hand unit
• Hydromassage

Sound Healing + Breathwork will follow at 6:30pm.

Option 2 -

$30 - Sound + Breathwork only.

For this option, please arrive no later than 6:15pm for setup, we’ll start at 6:30pm.

Dress comfortably, bring water, a Yoga mat, bolster, pillows and/or blankets for your use, anything that is going to make you comfortable. Journals, crystals, blankets, sweaters are common things to bring as well!
