Led by sound healer Davin Youngs, The RESET promises to take audience members on a journey to deep inner space. Beginning with mindful exercises which encourage connections to the self and others, The RESET then becomes a concert of music and sounds that encourage and enhance the powerful and profound journeys the experience inspires.The RESET is a 90-minute performance, which is preceded by an optional 60-minute cleanse and restore yoga class led by YogaSix. The yoga class is included with the purchase of a ticket and takes place on the general admission floor and stage.
If you purchase a ticket in the mezzanine or balcony, you are welcome to join the class on the general admission floor or stage. After class, please make your way to your seat.
A yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket or towel are recommended to bring for comfort during the yoga class. No mats or props are available to rent or borrow.
