THE RESET - A Restorative Movement + Embodied Ritual Experience

The Reset is a guided experience blending gentle, Pilates-informed movement with somatic awareness and intentional ritual. Designed for those ready to slow down and reconnect, this class supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep inner presence.

Through practices like breath-led cat-cow, core activation and release, full-body stretching, and vagus nerve-opening shapes, you’ll be invited to move with curiosity, not control. Rooted in the philosophy of “root and flow,” the class balances grounded stability with intuitive movement—creating space for both release and reconnection. Each session closes with a simple ritual to integrate your experience and anchor you back into your own rhythm, voice, and center.

What to Expect (90 minutes):

• Grounding breathwork and intention-setting
• Gentle, Pilates-informed movement to release tension and reconnect with the body
• Somatic prompts and nervous system-based awareness practices
• A closing ritual to integrate the experience (may include symbolic gestures or touch-based practices)
• Optional group reflection or sharing

Who It’s For?

This class is open to people of all ages, identities, and experience levels. No prior Pilates or ritual background is needed. The Reset is designed to be accessible, restorative, and supportive of emotional and physical well-being in a grounded, welcoming environment.

Samantha Amy is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified Somatic Educator with over 20 years of experience in movement, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness. She creates restorative, body-based experiences that help people shift out of stress and performance mode, reconnect with themselves, and move through life transitions with greater clarity and ease.

Her approach blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, rooted in the philosophy of “root and flow”—balancing grounded presence with intuitive movement. Samantha’s classes and coaching offer supportive spaces for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-connection.
