About this Event
The Reset: A Guided Reflection on Goals, Perfectionism, and Capacity
Setting goals can start to feel heavy when your life no longer looks the way it used to.
As roles expand and capacity changes, many women find themselves avoiding goal setting altogether. What once felt motivating can begin to feel pressuring, unrealistic, or tied to fear of disappointment. Perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking raise the stakes, making it harder to start, adjust, or continue without self-judgment.
The Reset is a fireside workshop designed for women navigating goal fatigue in fuller seasons of life. The evening will include light refreshments and beverages to enjoy during the conversation.
Adapted from the book Lessons from Letting Go, this guided experience creates space to slow down, reflect, and understand the patterns shaping how you approach goals. Through guided reflection, you’ll learn how to set goals that fit your current capacity, account for real-life interruptions, and allow for flexibility without abandoning progress.
This is not about pushing yourself harder or creating another list to manage.
It’s about learning a different way to approach intention, one that respects your life as it is now.
