The Remembering Ritual

Grief changes us. Whether you've experienced the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, a version of yourself, or a chapter of life that has come to an end, grief deserves space to be witnessed, honored, and felt.
Join us for the Remembering Ritual, a gentle community gathering created to support reflection, remembrance, and healing. This is not a therapy session or a support group. Instead, it is a sacred space to honor what has been lost while acknowledging the love, lessons, and memories that remain.
Through guided meditation, reflection, ritual, and quiet connection, participants will be invited to remember, honor, and celebrate those they carry in their hearts. Together, we'll create space for grief without trying to fix it, rush it, or push it away.
You are welcome to attend whether your loss is recent or many years old. Grief has no timeline, and all experiences are valid.

• Journal and pen
• Water bottle
• A photo, small memento, or written name of someone or something you'd like to honor (optional)
You are not required to share your story to participate. Simply being present is enough.
