Welcome to The Remedy Tour

The Remedy Tour is a traveling wellness experience created by Temakha , award-winning audio and visual artist, breathwork facilitator, and creator of The Remedy Methodology.

Rooted in lived experience, The Remedy was built on a simple belief: healing and wellness become more accessible when we create together in the spirit of play.

These gatherings are designed to bring people together through creativity, connection, rhythm, storytelling, and restorative wellness practices in a way that feels uplifting and accessible to all.

Many tour stops, especially those in partnership with Live Oak Libraries focus on immersive rhythm and breathwork experiences where participants co-create live music together.

Instruments are welcome, and many will be provided.

Most Remedy Tour events are free and open to the public. Donations are warmly welcomed from those who feel called to support the continuation and expansion of the tour.

Books, art prints, music, and other offerings may also be available for purchase during select events.
