The Release: Scream • Move • Rise
This is a women-only event.
Sometimes the body just needs to release — to exhale what it’s been holding, to move what words can’t reach.
We’ll begin with gentle breath awareness and intention setting, easing into slow, mindful movement to awaken the body. From there, we’ll tone and open the voice, preparing for a deep, primal release — a scream into pillows to free whatever’s been trapped inside.
And then… we dance.
Unfiltered. Unbound. Unburdened.
Let the music move what’s left, let your body remember its joy, its strength, its wild pulse.
Bring your heart, your breath, and an open mind. Screaming Pillows provided (feel free to bring your own).
