This monthly gathering invites you into a supportive, transformational space where your breath becomes your guide, sound becomes a channel for release, and your body becomes a vessel for energetic renewal.

Through the combined practices of conscious Breathwork, vibrational Sound Healing, and hands-on energy work, we journey together to clear what no longer serves and reconnect with the fullest expression of who we are.

You will be guided through an experience designed to support:

• This experience may include periods of emotional release. All expressions are welcome and supported.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Doors will close promptly at start time to honor the container.
