Guided by Sound Healer and E-RYT Yoga Teacher Haley Gaia, the evening blends Hatha Yoga with the transformative vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, and Ocean Drum. Together, these practices invite you into a deep state of intentional rest—balancing yin and yang, body and mind.

Guests will also explore how to bring simple wellness rituals into daily life, cultivating greater peace, balance, and presence beyond the mat.

Whether you’re new to yoga and sound healing or seeking to deepen your practice, this event is designed to leave you feeling grounded, renewed, and restored.

We encourage guests to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement and breath. For added comfort, bringing along a pillow is also recommended.

Nous invitons les participants à porter des vêtements amples et confortables, permettant de bouger et de respirer facilement. Pour encore plus de confort, nous recommandons également d’apporter un coussin.
