The Relationships Reset is a full-day immersive retreat for self-identified women ready to explore the emotional and relational patterns shaping how they show up — at work, in love, and with themselves.

Blending guided self-reflection, somatic (body-based) practices, gentle movement, and grounding in nature, this experience offers both depth and practical tools in a nurturing setting near Crescent Beach.
