✨Join us for a beautiful, intimate, mutual exchange of life force energy in our first reiki healing circle-mind, body, and soul. We will begin with a brief grounding and centering meditation to guide us into holding space for ourselves and our other circle members by using our breath connection to our body and mind. This will allow us to harness our own energetic powers. Each circle member will take a moment of pause in the circle center to receive the universal, unconditional healing love as we mindfully and collectively extend our energy.✨
