?Dear cherished members of the Perth Bánh Mì Community?As one of the food vendors at the Perth Bánh Mì Festival, we want to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the patrons who joined us and the Stirling Street Food team last Easter Saturday to celebrate our shared love for Bánh Mì!❤️
We also want to acknowledge the overwhelming support we received from the attendees, and we understand that we encountered some challenges during the event while striving to serve our festival Bánh Mì creations. The immense response and high demand, combined with unforeseen kitchen issues, resulted in significant delays in serving our patrons, leading to extended wait times and, unfortunately, some missed opportunities for our offerings
Despite the chaos, we were deeply touched by the love and positive feedback from our customers. We honestly cannot express enough gratitude for your patience and support, and we would be honoured to have the chance to celebrate the love of Bánh Mì with you once more✌️
If you missed out on our mouthwatering Beef Rib, Pork Inasal, and Vegetarian Bánh Mì at the Bánh Mì festival, fret not! The Fusion/Ministry of Food team, in collaboration with ?Chef Vinnie N? of Perth's Best Bánh Mì and ?Francis Nguyen? of Stirling Street Food, is excited to announce an extension of the Perth Bánh Mì Festival through an event called 'The Redemption.'
Join us at our affiliated restaurant, Bürgermeister, on April 22nd & 23rd between 5:00pm & 9:00pm, to savour the flavours you missed out on while uniting with fellow Perth Bánh Mì enthusiasts and community members in celebrating Bánh Mì and Vietnamese heritage. We can all look forward to a wonderful night of Bánh Mì conversations as we indulge in some delectable Beef Rib, tantalizing Pork Inasal, and savoury Vegetarian Bánh Mì, crafted just the way you like it.
