Welcome to the Red Tent: an empowering community gathering for cyclical beings at Nurture • A Wellcare Marketplace in Denver, CO, USA. The Red Tent Circle is a space for womb carriers to come together, share stories, tend to our bodies and support each other on our journeys of being in these bodies. Connect in community, explore your inner power, and learn the wisdom of your body in a safe and welcoming space. We invite you to bring your authentic self and experience the power of your cyclicality.

Here's some of what you can expect:

• Herbal medicine tailored to wherever you are in your cyclical journey
• The sex ed and body literacy we always deserved but never got
• Practicing self-consent, listening to the messages of our bodies, and hearing and honoring our intuition (including with fun tools like oracle cards and intuitive herbal medicine!)
• Empowering voice release practice
• Somatic integration - sacred rage practice and grounding integration
• Connect with an herbal ally and create an herbal protection amulet home to journey with, infused with an intention or spell
• Plant brushing ritual
• A candle lighting ceremony and spell-work circle, singing over our bones, for sovereignty and with individual and collective intention setting, offering love to ourselves and solidarity with each other
• Opportunities to share in circle and connect with other cyclical beings about things that are often shamed and hidden (periods, orgasms, PMDD, pelvic pain, fertility, medical negligence, inner masculine and feminine and experiences beyond gender, and much more)
• And whatever else arises and feels in alignment and plenty of time to just be.

Every single thing available at a red tent circle is a choice. Every activity, every drink, every opportunity to share, every single thing. You can always say no or change whatever you need to for yourself.

In each moment we’ll honor and tend to ourselves in all the nourishing ways we deserve! Come love on yourself and your body.

A Red Tent Circle is an ancient practice where cyclical beings, women and womb-carriers, gather in a safe and peaceful haven to nourish ourselves and our bodies in community. I’m inviting us to share in this ritual as a radical act of self-love and community, wherever we are in our cycles, whether we bleed at this time in our lives or not. Away from expectations and responsibilities. To tend to our relationships with our bodies and our cyclicality and to unabashedly and unapologetically do and be what’s right for us and our bodies.

This is an opportunity for all of us to share with each other our own wisdom about our cyclical health and divinity. Together we'll create a safe space where we can all feel fully empowered in connection with ourselves. Where we can practice fully saying yes to what is right for us and no to what is not, for things big and small. Where we can show up as we are, share any stories, feelings, or experiences we care to with each other, and be held in community for exactly who we are.
