"Name Right your Notes" is one of many small recorder ensembles based in the Twin Cities, members of the Twin Cities Recorder Guild (TCRG), an American Recorder Society chapter. Name Right your Notes” members are Jean Allison Olson (Laurel School of Music faculty and owner of Honeysuckle Music), who uses our sessions to test new music and catch printing errors in her sales inventory. Garth Riegel, a retired Waldorf educator who taught recorder playing as part of the Waldorf curriculum. Laura Simms, a former magnetospheric physics researcher who makes custom arrangements for the group, and Paul Johnston, a former Spanish teacher and court interpreter. They play the entire recorder family, from Garklein to Contrabass. Bring your instrument and join us.
