It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the woman beneath the responsibilities, expectations and demands.

To release what no longer serves you and create.
Facilitated by Molly, Tamsin and Lyndsey Dee also known as the Studio Sisters. ( breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, yoga and barre teacher, sound healer, reiki master)
£45.00 per person (includes all activities, cold sandwich lunch & hot drink).
Breathwork Contraindications
Breathwork may not be suitable if you have:
* Pregnancy (especially later stages or high-risk pregnancies)
* Epilepsy or history of seizures
* Severe cardiovascular conditions (heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack or stroke)
* Recent surgery or serious injury
* Severe asthma or other significant respiratory conditions
* Glaucoma or retinal detachment
* Aneurysm history
* Severe osteoporosis or fragile bone conditions
* Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, schizophrenia, or recent psychiatric hospitalisation)
* Any condition where intense breathing or emotional release may be unsafe
Please note all tickets are non-refundable, however name changes are permitted if you are unable to attend. This would only be permitted if you contact us 48 hours prior to the event and advise of the change of details.
Should this event be cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a transfer to an alternative event of the same value (subject to availability) or a credit voucher equivalent to the full value of your booking. This credit will be emailed to you and will be valid for use at Lanchester Garden Centre for 3 months from the date of issue.
