The ReclaimationAn embodied archetypal journey
Journeying over 5 sessions we will explore the different archetypes that make up the feminine psyche and experience. Through reflective journaling, activation meditations with sound and reiki healing and embodiment practices to ground each archetype we reclaim the power within us stored within each of these archetypes.
How would you like to spend your Friday evenings in deep devotion to loving yourself and awakening parts of self ready to share their power and wisdom with you?
As the divine feminine we are multifaceted beings, cyclical beings who move through an enormous range of emotions and expressions throughout our lives, our weeks, months and cycles. These have often been labeled to tear us down, keep us in a box, dim our light and sum us up as overly emotional creatures. In reality our ability to feel this much and express ourselves differently all the time is our superpower as a woman. We hold within us these different archetypes that could be easier described but still limits the depths of its meaning as different characters or roles we play throughout our lives, weeks, cycles, etc. These archetypes have been recognized throughout history through literature, characters like the witch, the damsel in distress, the seductress, all characterized by key behaviors and wisdom that when we offer them a little time and exploration we can witness the wisdom they have to share with us and where and how they fit within ourselves.
Over this 5 part journey we will dive into the archetypes of the maiden, the lover, the mother, the wild woman and the witch. Each journey will include some reflective journalling questions to open up your exploration as to where this archetype lives within you, followed by an activation meditation and an embodied practice to help ground this archetypal wisdom within you and inspire rituals to honour and nourish her in your life and how to call her in when you need her.
These journeys can be experienced as a one off if you can only make or only feel called to work with one or two of the archetypes but is best experienced as we build one upon the other. There will be the opportunity to book all 5 journeys for a discounted rate or to book on individually as well as a special 1:1 intuitive rebirth offer for an even deeper energetic clearing of all standing in your way of fully activating the power and wisdom of these archetypes within.
You will find us at the newly taken over The Mother Hood, formerly the Wellness Hub journeying fortnightly, with a little gap in between and continuing on fortnightly again on the below dates:
