The Recharge - Restorative Yoga September 20th, 3pm - 5pm

This practice will help to restore your vitality through the nurturing practice of Restorative Yoga. This 2 hour workshop will bring you into a deep state of rest, through supported restorative yoga poses, giving your body a sense of being held and nourished. You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation in a number of heart-opening and hip-opening poses, accompanied by soothing music and reflective poetry. The practice will finish with a gentle guided full-body relaxation leaving you feeling fully recharged and replenished.
