Emilie, Gigi and Candide would like to invite you to a day of creativity, movement and renewal this February.
→ Gather around the fire to reconnect and tend to your flame.
→ Explore using ‘nature’s store cupboard’, you’ll be led to paint, draw and create with charcoal.
→ Connect to your body through gentle movement, soft somatics and restorative practices
→ Rest and restore with a guided meditation and sound bath
→ Nourish your body with a wholesome shared lunch and connect with like-minded women.
What you'll experience:
Movement + Ritual
Join Emilie for a gentle and soothing yoga and embodiment practice, designed to nurture your inner flame as we step into the early whispers of spring. After crossing the threshold of Imbolc, February invites us to stoke the fire within, gently emerging from the stillness of winter. This class will guide you in tending to your inner light, allowing it to grow and shine with warmth and clarity as we move through this season of renewal.

Sound bath + Meditation
Join Gigi for a soothing sound bath and meditative journey with Tibetan singing bowls. This grounding experience will guide you to gently relax your body, calm your nervous system and awaken a deep sense of peace and vitality within.

Earthwork + Creativity
Join Candide for a creative workshop around the fire, where we'll transform willow branches into charcoal. As we connect with the cycle of life and rebirth, you'll use the charcoal to explore and express your emotions through mark-making.
