The Rebecca Roberts Classic is back for a second year at the Welsh Fitness Expo 2024 and this time its's all about the novice men & women !A great opportunity to meet Rebecca Roberts and Gavin Bilton who will both be refereeing some of the events on the day
This year the event will be held at the International Convention Centre (Celtic Manor Resort - NP18 1HQ)
Athletes entry will be £40 per person and this includes entry to the Expo.

Athletes check in will be 8:00-09:00 and we will be looking to start the first event at 10am
Spectators - To attend the 2024 Rebecca Roberts Classic you will need to purchase a ticket for the Welsh Fitness Expo 2024. This is a ticket ONLY event

Events
Car Deadlift for reps - side handle, no figure 8's or suits-60s time limit
Both Categories, weights will be tested
Sack Toss - 60s time limit
Men's Novice - 14kg, 16kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg - 13ft
Women's Novice - 8kg, 10kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg - 12ft
Overhead Medley 60s (Barbell/Log/Axle/Dumbbell)
Men's Novice - 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 50kg
Women's Novice - 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 25kg
Farmers Carry - 15m drop and turn (30m) 60s time limit
Men's Novice - 90kg per hand
Women's Novice - 45kg per hand
Stone over yoke - 4ft- 60s time limit
Men - 110kg
Women - 60kg
